Classic Bronze 2025 is going to be awesome!
Here’s what to do:

Notice there are THREE downloads - you’ll need all three of them:
Event Information, application form, and reference document

  1. Decide which path you’re best suited for

  2. Download the EVENT INFORMATION (left-click to view, right-click to download and save) - this has info you’ll need

  3. Download the APPLICATION FORM (left-click to view, right-click to download and save) and follow the instructions

  4. Download THE REFERENCE DOCUMENT (left-click to view, right-click to download and save) and have your director or other person fill it out and send it in - IF YOU HAVE BEEN TO TWO OR MORE PREVIOUS CLASSIC BRONZE EVENTS, SKIP THIS STEP

  5. Once you’ve got your path and bell assignments, get the music you need and start reviewing it

  6. Pay the balance of your registration fees, if you didn’t pay in full at registration.

Registration cost:

$380 US Dollars (USD) or
$460 Canadian Dollars (CAD)

Canadian attendees may pay via EFT, Interac, PayPal, or cheque in Canadian dollars
Outside of Canada may pay via Paypal or check in US DOllars

This includes all fees and taxes for attending the event, breakfast/lunch/snack break on two of the four days, and admission to the final concert.
This does not include music, which must be purchased on your own.

If you would like to stay at the event resort, we have secured a special room rate of
$164 CAD/ night (approx $120 USD) that is available for the duration of the event AND for several days before/after in case you’d like to extend your stay and see more of the area.
The magnificent canadian rockies are less than an hour’s drive from calgary!

“Plus one” registration for non-ringers

Bringing a spouse or friend? We also offer a non-ringer registration for people traveling with ringers, but who would like to enjoy meal times and breaks with the ringers even though they aren’t ringing. This allows the registrant access to all the provided meals and snack breaks, and also admission to the final concert. It does not allow attendance at rehearsals or interaction with the clinicians.

“Plus One” registration cost:

$199 US Dollars (USD) or
$250 Canadian dollars (CAD)
